Our manufacturing facility creates an environment where our homes can be manufactured around the clock, regardless of weather conditions and using a highly trained, consistent workforce; but it is the manufactured product itself and the assembly processes used to create it that bring about a more transformational change in the quality and performance of our homes.

All of our homes are created using wall, floor and roof assemblies, with high performing and rigorously tested building materials incorporated with precision to ensure superior standards of quality, performance and durability. What’s more, every component and assembly has been designed for manufacture – in simple terms, we have applied high levels of standardisation to ensure that simple, fail-safe operating procedures can be followed such that every step of the assembly process achieves the quality standard expected.

Supporting the assembly of each home is a suite of data-driven production systems, ensuring high levels of process and quality control and bringing efficiency, repeatability and predictability to a home building process that has traditionally been haphazard and inefficient.

On-site, we view each housing plot as an extension of our factory production line, deploying a standardised and repeatable process to assemble the factory-produced wall, floor and roof components into a weather-tight superstructure for each home.
